This is true for AOL service subscription as well. In order to keep your AOL subscription in good standing, make it a habit to check your bill and make the necessary payments.
The following procedures will describe how to check your AOL subscription billing.
First, it is recommended that you use a web browser like Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox in a desktop or laptop for proper viewing of the AOL web pages. You can do these steps in mobile devices but because of screen size limitation, various screen elements might not be accessible.
- Open your web browser and then go to http://mail.aol.com and sign in to your AOL email account.
- When signed in, click on Options link at the top right corner of AOL page, then click on Account Info
- A new page will open asking your “Security question”. Enter your answer then click OK to proceed.
- Then you will see the page called “General Account Information”. Scroll down to the very bottom and click on “Manage my subscriptions and other account details” link.
- Then you will be asked to answer your security question again. This is for security reasons since you are accessible sensitive account information. Enter your answer and click on Continue button.
- Then you will get the Billing Area of your account. You can hover on Manage My Account Details and then click on View My Statements.
- Alternately, you can click on View My Statements under the Account Options group.
