How to Print an Email Message in Hotmail / Outlook.com

Since the changing of the classic Hotmail interface to Outlook.com, several changes took place. One of these changes is printing your emails. This is because as an entirely new interface, the commands and links are arranged and organized differently.

How to print emails in new Hotmail (Outlook.com)

There are two (2) ways that you can print your emails in this new Hotmail interface. Here are the steps:

Step 1: Using your web browser, go to http://hotmail.com and then login to your account.

Step 2: When signed in, click to open the email message that you want to print.

Step 3: To print, the first option is to locate the "Actions" link at the top right corner of the message area. Click on it and in the pull-down menu that shows up, click on Print message.

Step 4: Then you will get a preview box of the email message to be printed, and the Print dialog box. Click Print to print the selected email message.

Step 5: The second option to Print your email message is, with the email message opened, locate the three (3) dots at the right of Categories link. Click on it to display additional commands.

Step 6: In the pull down menu that opens, click on Print.
